Returns Policy

When you buy from us we want you to be delighted with your purchase. We do however recognise that you may change your mind and wish to return an item.

In order to return a product it must be:

• in a resellable condition unless it's faulty

• returned with all tags and labels attached

• returned in original packaging

Size Guide

We will endeavour to be accurate in our sizing of items. We stock some items that are classified as 'one size'. As we are all aware one size does not fit all! In the case of one size items we will provide an approximate size range alongside this definition to aid your selection.

Delivery

Delivery options will be provided at checkout.

For those customers living within a 10 mile radius of Yateley we offer a free, personal delivery service. These deliveries will take place on a Tuesday and Friday.

Areas covered include: Yateley; Sandhurst; Fleet; Camberley; Frimley; Aldershot; Blackwater; Crowthorne; Wokingham; Hawley; Farnborough; Arborfield;  Finchampstead; Bracknell; Odiham; Crondall; Brookwood; Pirbright; Bagshot & Chobham.

All other United Kingdom deliveries are subject to a £3.95 charge for standard delivery (3-5 working days).
